MAST ATP serie sewage submersible pumps are powerful, robust and yet lightweight pumps for fire brigades, technical relief organizations and municipalities (up to 2,500 l/min, up to 2.0 bar).
Tough: made for rough work
The non-clogging channel impeller is made of particularly impact-resistant special cast iron in accordance with DIN 1561, so that long-fibrous solids with a high density can also be conveyed. Since the impeller has a grain passage of up to 80 mm, no protective screen is required.
Maintenance-free: For constant operational readiness
Oil filling, lubricating points, use of sealing compounds, adjustment work: none of this is necessary, the pump is always ready for use. A special mechanical seal makes the pump reliably safe to run dry.
Robust: defies the toughest conditions
The pump and drive motors have already proven their high reliability and robustness thousands of times. As a further development of the robust MAST construction pumps, our transfer pumps defy the toughest conditions.
Resistant: uncompromising material quality
The motor housing and all housing parts that are subject to heavy loads in use are robust cast parts made of seawater-resistant aluminum alloy according to DIN EN 1706. The seals are of oil-resistant NBR quality, the screws are made of stainless steel. The pumping of mineral oil/water mixtures is also possible without any problems.
