PX1000 SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS

Compact PX1000 submersible pump with a cooled housing for pumping liquids containing abrasive particles (sand, etc.). The impeller is made of heat-treated and hardened high-chromium alloy (HCR). High wear resistance. The pump and motor housing, suction strainer, shaft, and all connecting elements are made of stainless steel. The suction cover is made of pearlitic cast iron and hardened to 50 HRC.

The remaining parts are made of gray cast iron. The pump is equipped with a double SiC/SiC mechanical seal, which is permanently lubricated. The dry electric motor has additional thermal protection (bimetallic). The pump motor is surrounded by the pumped liquid, making the pump suitable for pumping large containers with low fill levels.

Impeller:
- H – open impeller (H – high) for high discharge heads.
- N – closed impeller with good clogging resistance (N – normal) for general applications.
- L – closed impeller (L – large) for high flow rates.

The PX1000 wastewater pump is suitable for pumping water contaminated with sand and sludge up to 10% in mines, mining, canals and reservoirs with solid deposits, and in construction – foundations, tunnels, and excavations.

The density of the pumped wastewater is up to 1,100 kg/m³, and the temperature is up to 40°C.
