TOHATSU VE1500 portable fire pump with self-priming and maximum capacity.

Lightweight and compact
The engine and pump castings are made of corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy to reduce weight and extend service life. The compact unit in its class fits into existing vehicle boxes and can be carried by just 2 firefighters.

Both the engine and pump are designed and developed specifically for use with Tohatsu fire pumps, ensuring the highest pump capacity in its class.

Reliable engine with oil injection/automatic oil mixing system with optimal engine starting
The VE1500 engine was originally designed by Tohatsu for this model. Equipped with an oil pump, petrol and engine oil are automatically mixed in a precise ratio depending on the engine speed, without mixing fuel and oil with the operator

VE1500 pump capacity at 3m suction height
- 2,050 litres/min. at 6 bar

Automatic suction
Automatic suction is standard equipment for the VE1500 fire pump. When the engine is started, the vacuum pump automatically operates. If filling is not possible, a warning is displayed on the screen.

- Suction from 3 meters height in 5.5 seconds
- Suction from 6 meters height in 8.0 seconds

Centralized control
All gauges, throttle knob, control switches and other warning lights are grouped together on the ergonomically designed control panel for easy operation.

Cooling water circulation system
Engine cooling water is returned to the pump, eliminating discharge outside the pump

Electric Fuel Injection (EFI)
EFI helps the engine start more easily and supply fuel properly in all seasonal temperatures and conditions.

Engine Overheating Protection Sensor
To protect the engine from loss of cooling water and to protect the engine when water does not flow out, an overheating protection is provided. This device automatically stops the engine when the engine temperature reaches 80℃.

Large capacity fuel tank
The built-in large capacity fuel tank of 18 liters ensures that the fuel supply will last for 1 hour at maximum flow and load.

Electric starter with recoil starter
An electric starter and a backup manual starter are installed to start the engine in all conditions.

Maintenance-free battery
A sealed, maintenance-free battery. Once the battery is filled with a certain electrolyte, it is sealed, electrolyte maintenance is no longer required.
