MAST submersible pumps TP according to DIN 14 425 are powerful, robust, yet light submersible waste water pumps for fire brigades, civil protection and municipalities. In terms of quality and material, they correspond completely and without exception to the guidelines of the DIN standard.
Tough: Made for the tough
impeller and diffuser are made of particularly impact-resistant special cast iron according to DIN 1561 so that coarser dirt particles can also be transported.
Maintenance-free: For permanent readiness for use
Oil filling, lubrication points, use of sealants, adjustment work: None of this is required, the pump is always ready for use. Replacing wearing parts is quick and easy thanks to the modular design and the use of fewer screws. A special mechanical seal makes the pump reliably safe to run dry.
Resistant: uncompromising material quality
The motor housing and all housing parts that are subject to heavy loads in use are robust cast parts made of seawater-resistant aluminum alloy in accordance with DIN EN 1706. The seals are of oil-resistant NBR quality and the screws are made of stainless steel. The pumping of mineral oil/water mixtures is also possible without any problems.
Strong: For a perfect frictional connection
The built-in cable strain relief ensures a very good frictional connection between the cable and the sealing set. The use of sealants such as silicone is not necessary.
