The professional model in the TURBO PACKER range is also completely independent of a power supply: the TP 2000 4S is driven by a Honda petrol engine and has its own hydraulic tank. With a capacity of 2,000 litres of sand and 4 opening nozzles, you can manage up to 2,000 bags per hour.

However, the major benefit of this device is that the bagging process does not have to be interrupted by the feed from the wheel loader scoop thanks to the design. This also provides a high degree of operational safety, as the bagging team is on one side and the loader for feeding the filling mixer is on the opposite side. The sand is conveyed to the filling nozzles reliably via a delivery screw in the hopper.
