Cartridge Construction
Each cartridge has a durable, all-aluminum housing and consists of multiple stages of filtration:
- Felt pads to trap larger particles
- Molecular sieve to remove water vapor
- Activated carbon to remove oil vapors and odors
- Hopkalite (optional) to convert carbon monoxide (CO) to carbon dioxide (CO2)
All cartridges undergo a decontamination process and are vacuum sealed to maintain the integrity of the drying medium over time and protect against environmental exposure.
