Product characteristics:
- Completely latex-free: Even minute quantities of latex can cause dangerous swelling of the airways and circulatory problems. In recent years the number of people who are allergic to latex has increased considerably, meaning that every patient is a risk patient.
- Silicone seals and diaphragms: Silicone ensures that the equipment can be used immediately, even after long periods of storage, without the valves sticking. This makes the bag effectively maintenance-free.
- Body made from PVC or silicone (optional): The body consists of special high-quality PVC or silicone. The material does not harden like rubber respiration bags. The roughened outer surface provides a good grip and extremely accurate metering. Easy to operate, even with gloves.
- The respiration bag can be fully dismantled and all parts can be quickly and easily disinfected. All of the most common spare parts can also be supplied individually. The silicone bag is fully autoclavable.
- Pressure limitation valve: Too much pressure when breathing causes damage to the lungs and increases the risk of "stomach breathing". We therefore always supply our respiration bags with an over pressure valve. Too much respiration pressure is
prevented. The risk of aspirating the stomach contents is therefore significantly reduced.
- Standard mask connection: The connecting cone for the respiration masks is standardised. The bag is therefore compatible with all of the most popular
respiration masks.
