With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, generally around the belly button. To ensure a comfortable fit, keep one finger between the measuring tape and your body.

It has a high collar and two practical pockets, one on the front left side at chest height and one on the right sleeve that is used for pencils and other things. It has reinforced material on the shoulders and on the lower parts of the sleeve. On the left side at chest height is Velcro strap for the name of the firefighter.
